RETAIL INDUSTRY - Burson Automotive Pty Ltd

 

The production of a Marketing Strategy Plan to expand a retail automotive business into a new market segment, whilst not compromising its existing “core” business.  Product range, pricing, staffing and brand positioning policies were developed.  New store design, layout and image were produced and implemented, and a Retail Advertising, Merchandising and Point of Sale Program developed.  The business is now the leader in its market.

 

MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY - Thermofilm Australia Pty Ltd

 

An AusIndustry Funded Program was undertaken to develop a Marketing Strategy, which launched an innovative new low energy heating product into new markets.  New markets and products were also developed to address specific seasonal sales fluctuations.  Sales, profit and cash flow improved substantially.

 

IMPORT REPLACEMENT - Injectronics Australia Pty Ltd

 

The development and implementation of a Marketing Plan for an electronics component reconditioning company under AusIndustry funding for import replacement.  The Marketing Plan involved the development of a comprehensive Sales and Promotional Strategy to focus on its unique and superior products and services, its customers, brand positioning, customer training, product development strategies and distribution strategies to trade and reseller customers.  The growth of the company has been outstanding.

 

IMPORT MARKET DEVELOPMENT - K&H Surface Technologies

 

The development of a Marketing and Sales Plan to introduce and launch a unique chemical product from the United States.  A Sales, Merchandising and Training Program was developed, and an Annual Advertising and Promotional Plan was produced, resulting in substantial increases in sales and market share.

 

EXPORT MARKET DEVELOPMENT - Ilana Accessories Australia Pty Ltd

 

AusIndustry funding was provided to undertake a General Diagnostic Report and the development of a comprehensive Business Plan for a manufacturing company.  Key goals, functions and directions have been defined to assist the Board of Directors.  Consultancy at Board level has resulted in growth and expansion, and new markets, both in Australia and overseas.  The company now supplies Australia’s leading retail mass merchandisers and groups.
