Regular monthly strategic Management meetings are convened by the client, in which their Strategic Marketing Plan is monitored, reviewed, discussed and amended as required. During these individual meetings, general marketing consultancy and advice is provided. The Consultancy is also at the disposal of the client at all times to assist with any relevant Marketing matters as and when they arise.
A schedule of regular monthly Strategic Management Meetings are held at the client's premises.
The Strategic Management Meetings usually take about three to four hours, and should be held on a regular pre-determined day of the month (e.g. the 15th day of the month at 9.00 a.m.) or as soon as the previous month's performance data is available.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
For any consultancy services, other activities, or special projects as requested by the client, a detailed quotation shall be provided. All consultancy will receive the approval of the client prior to the commencement of any additional work.
RETAINED CONSULTANCY
For any ongoing retained consultancy, a discounted fee is offered, based on an agreed regular workload for a minimum period of six (6) months. A review of workload and performance shall be held after three (3) months, to ensure mutual satisfaction with the proposed arrangements, whereupon any adjustments shall be made accordingly. A further review shall be held after six (6) months. One (1) month's notice in writing is requested to conclude this arrangement.

If, after the initial three (3) hour Introductory Session, you do not believe that Gold Medal Marketing Pty Ltd has provided you with strategies to increase your sales by at least five (5) times ($3,000) the value of the Introductory Workshop fee, then no charge shall be made for the Introductory Session.
By stating your wish to continue with the Workshop Session and/or the Gold Medal Marketing Program at the conclusion of the three (3) hour Introductory Workshop Session, you will be indicating your satisfaction with the Workshop Session and the value which it provides. Your stated desire to continue with the Gold Medal Marketing Session or Programs shall be taken as acceptance of the pre-agreed terms and conditions.
No payment shall be made for the Introductory Workshop, unless you are 100% satisfied.
